Sleep advice requests:
We receive dozens and dozens of emails asking for sleep advice every week, which we attempt to reply to in a reasonable time-frame.
We are a very small business and the huge amount of time we spend on offering free sleep advice has to be fitted in around the rest of our workload, so please appreciate there can be a delay getting back to you.
It is very helpful to us if you have read all relevant website articles before contacting us for individual advice.

Please leave a message if we are not home and we will call you back as soon as we can - we're flat-out during the day packing orders and juggling our 3 kids!
If you are calling from outside New Zealand, please check the time difference before calling. As we work from home, we prefer not to get calls in the middle of the night!
