Wish-List

If you are shopping for your baby or planning a baby shower, then our wish-list feature will be very useful.

You can add whatever you like to your 'Shopping List', then buy selected items now or at a later date.

You can also share the list with friends and family, who can also easily purchase from your list. Once an item has been purchased, it no longer displays on your list.

This is really useful if you have specific items you would like your family to buy for you, and it avoids unnecessary double-ups.

To start a 'Wish-List':

Please first sign-up to become a Member of The Sleep Store. This gives you the necessary user-name and password, so our system can remember your list.

Then log-in with your details and start viewing the product pages. Once you open an individual product page, you will see the 'Add to Shopping List' at the top of each page. Click this link to add to your list.

Continue to browse and add as many items as you like to your list.

 

What should I put on my list?

View our information on the essential baby products here.

We recommend you put a good selection on your wish-list, with a range of prices. Some people prefer to buy 'treat' type gifts, such as beautiful merino or cotton clothing, that you may be less likely to buy for yourself.

Other experienced parents like to choose items they have found useful, such as the Miracle Blanket, White Noise CD or a merino sleeping bag.

To share your 'Wish-List':

Login to our Members section and click on 'Manage your Shopping List'.

Copy the link at the bottom of the List and email this to friends and family.

When to use a 'Wish-List'

You can either use a wish-list to manage your own shopping or as a simple way to help your friends and family buy gifts you will really value.


Managing your own shopping:

• Use the wish-list as a way to work out what you need and budget for your baby's bedroom and sleep needs. You can buy items gradually as you get closer to your due date. You can also add and delete items, and also still take advantage of any specials we are running.

Friends & Family:

Everyone you know will buy you a gift with a first baby! The most common gift is clothing, and almost always in tiny newborn sizes! You can let your friends and family know you have a shopping list at The Sleep Store, so they can see what sort of things you are planning to buy.

Using a wish-list also makes it simple for friends and family to order you a gift from overseas and save the cost of overseas shipping.
