- All tiles are made using non-toxic ABS plastic that is BPA and Phthalate free, sealed and riveted for extra safety.

Connetix Product Refresh:
Connetix are slowly transitioning their packs to a refreshed range in 2026. Here are some of the changes you will find:
- Rainbow is updating to Bright and includes two new colours, Pink & Teal. All other colours remain the same.
- Pack sizes are updating for consistency in tile numbers between Brights & Pastels.
- The product packaging of all new packs will have a refreshed look.
- All new packs are still compatible with the old packs across the entire range.
As this is a gradual transition, you will see some old packs and some new packs online until the changeover is complete. Please check the product page for the most accurate details of each pack.

Delivery & Returns
Free 30 min Click & Collect (AKL): From our West Auckland warehouse. Order before 4pm for pick up by 5pm. Click & Collect open 9.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Same Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm NZT, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. This excludes public holidays and high order volume promotional periods.
Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.
Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $120 (excluding bulky items). Shipping starts at $8 (within NZ) and $15 (to AU) based on weight and postcode.
