Our Sleep Store Washable Wool Duvet
We are super excited about our Sleep Store wool duvet! It’s filled with 100% wool and encased in premium cotton to make it cosy and versatile.
And what makes our wool duvet extra useful it that you can throw it in the washing machine! Duvet inners can get icky when they are around children and parents need a duvet that is easy to care for. Lots of wool duvets require dry-cleaning, which is expensive and impractical, not to mention filled with nasty chemicals. Your Sleep Store duvet inner can be machine washed and tumble dried, ready for bed tonight.
Please note - this duvet is not like a big puffy feather or winter weight duvet. This is like a thick blanket, designed so it can be combined with other bedding or with warm sleepsuits.
Temperature regulating natural fibres help to keep your little one just the right temperature all night. We recommend maintaining a room temperature of 18-20°C where possible, to create a comfortable sleep environment. Where this isn’t possible, we recommend the use of natural fibre sleepwear combined with your wool duvet inner.
Safety information
Duvets and quilts are not suitable for use with babies. We do not recommend the use of a duvet for a child under 12 months of age.

We have worked closely with a leading, specialist bedding manufacturer to develop our Sleep Store bedding range for you. This factory also manufactures duvet inners, mattress protectors and wool underlays for leading English department store chains, so we are very confident our range is of the same high quality!

We offer fast, economical shipping across New Zealand. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order or custom size items). Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Auckland shipping is generally overnight or you can choose Click and Collect.
Shipping starts from $5 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
Large Furniture is shipped using a designated furniture delivery service with two person delivery to the door.

We also know life with babies and children is busy, so you have up to 365 days for your returns and exchanges to come back to us:

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
