A few things to note
Your loyalty points will be swapped over as store credit, you can spend it or save it. See our helpful video explaining this in more detial bleow.
You will get an email to reset your password. Your email has been registered to transfer your points over....but for security, you do need to set a password.
If you have shopped with us before you can't use the 'Create an Account' as your email already has been used for your points account.
You can add your address(es) in My Account after setting your password or later when you checkout.
Loyalty points become SleepPoints Rewards...which lots of you had input into a while back. More info to come, but basically you can earn points in lots of ways & redeeem them for either store credit or product rewards.

Winter essentials - With the Govt changes to what online retail is allowed during the lockdown yesteday, the website will likely only have a tiny range of items you can order now, ie some 'non-food essentials for keeping people warm'. This enables us to get the site live, take a very small number of orders of the things you most need to keep your babies warm & iron out any tech glitches. Another massive, complex change a day before launch!
We will add more winter items next week once we have our Level 4 home dispatch sorted (back to Matt & I packing all the orders at home, like the old days).
All other products will not be able to be purchased until after lockdown or if anything else changes. Covid-19 is keeping us on our toes, business info is changing on a daily basis! But you will be able to use the lovely new wishlist and also we will have Notify Me so we can inform you when you can order again.
It won't be perfect despite a year of working on it. Just telling you now! We are swapping about 7 different tech systems in one go. Horrifically complex & all our fingers & toes are crossed, there are bound to be glitches.
With our local team & all our various tech partners & developers are all working from home across the world (USA, Australia, Pakistan, Indonesia & here in Auckland...) things became even more complex a few weeks back.
Also older phones/ipads/internet explorer may experience more issues as Big Commerce is a new platform whereas our old site uses 10 year old tech so works with old systems OK....But things have to change. Thanks for your patience.
But we are stoked to finally be at this point and we really hope you like exploring the new site, checking out the various features we asking for your feedback on & referring lots of friends
Our reset password email
If you have shopped with us before 1st April 2020 and after April 2017 please keep an eye out for our email asking you to reset your password! This is how you can transfer your loyalty points balance to our new website.
Your points balance has been transferred as our new store credit, you can spend it at the checkout.Our new SleepPoints are earned in LOTS of ways, not just shopping! Redeem them in the cart store credit (ie $ discount) or you can purchase cool product rewards in the cart.
How do I reset my password?
Where is my Store Credit, and how is this different to SleepPoints?
When you earn SleepPoints in our new program, you can use these points in a number of ways - either use them to redeem cool product rewards (in the shopping cart), or you can redeem them as Store Credit, which you can then use towards your order.
If you were an existing customer of ours, we have transferred your existing loyalty points across for you as Store Credit.
Store credit balances (and any SleepPoints you redeem for Store Credit) will be shown in the payment screen, as store credit is a type of payment.

Is your order history transferred to the new site?
Your loyalty points are transferred as store credit, so you'll see this when you log-in to your account and you can spent it immediately at the checkout. Also going forward, you earn SleepPoints, which can be redeemed into store credit or product rewards. Order history of what products you purchased was not transferred as too much data but we have all of it in our accounting system.
I have an Existing Gift Voucher from your old website. How do I use this on your new website?
You definitely can use this, the value of your gift voucher has been transferred over. When using an existing gift voucher from our old site, you just need to enter the voucher code into the 'promotional code' box, rather than the 'Gift Voucher' section. Only gift vouchers purchased on our new site will able to be redeemed by entering code into the Gift Voucher section.
How do I logout?
This lives at the bottom of My Account - it's a left-hand navigation on desktop & a dropdown for Mobile - watch our handy video guide for more informaiton on exactly how to log out.
Can I still earn SleepPoints when I checkout as a guest?
If you have an ACCOUNT with us, a cool feature on our new site is that you still earn your SleepPoints when you checkout as a guest using your normal email address. You can't spend store credit or points & the order history is saved as a guest rather than on your account. But it does mean you never miss out on earning points. Hopefully though with the better password reset function you'll find it easy to log-in. However you MUST HAVE an account BEFORE you can start earning points, they can't be applied after if you first checkout as a guest
Have wishlists been transferred to the new site?
Our wishlist function on our new site is more reliable and easier to use. We could not bring across wishlists from our old site however. You can now add things to a new wishlist from multiple places as you browse and shop including the from the shopping cart and product page. Look for the heart icon, tap it and if you are logged in it will save it to your wishlist. Wondering what that icon is next to the heart icon? That's our new compare function, tap that on two items to compare them - so easy!
Why are the majority of items on your site saying sold out?

All other products which are not included in our Winter Essentials, will not be able to be purchased until after lockdown or if anything else changes (this is why they are currently showing sold out).
