Important delivery information - If you live at a rural address, cots and mattresses can only be delivered to a local depot. Please specify which depot you would prefer in the delivery comments. We cannot guarantee it will be shipped to this depot, however we will advise once we have confirmation from the courier company - Aramex.

Materials: Safe and hygienic: The foam core is Global GreenTag certified, and is treated to prevent dust mites and bacterial growth. The mattress cover is certified free of harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Care: Mattress core: Spot clean with a sponge and warm water. Avoid excess moisture. Dry flat in the shade. Removable cover: Spot clean with a sponge and water. Avoid excess moisture. Line dry only, do not tumble dry.

Free 30 min Click & Collect (AKL): From our West Auckland warehouse. Order before 4pm for pick up by 5pm. Click & Collect open 9.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Same Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm NZT, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. This excludes public holidays and high order volume promotional periods.

Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.

Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $120 (excluding bulky items). Shipping starts at $8 (within NZ) and $15 (to AU) based on weight and postcode.
