How long does it take to have an effect? How long does it last?

Colic Calm generally shows results within 3-5 minutes, with most babies staying comfortable for hours.
The time to see improvement can vary, especially for infants over a month old who have been experiencing symptoms for some time.
For the best outcomes, use Colic Calm consistently for a week.

When to Administer Colic Calm?
To prevent extended crying episodes, it's advised to administer Colic Calm as soon as discomfort signs appear.

Dosage Recommendations:

Colic Calm can be used before or after feeding, depending on when your baby has digestive trouble.
A partial dose (¼ to ½ of the recommended amount) before feeding may help prevent symptoms.

Reflux / Spit Up

For babies experiencing reflux or who frequently spit up, administering smaller doses more frequently can be more beneficial.
You may administer as little as 0.5ml per dose.
To minimize the risk of spit-up, avoid giving Colic Calm right after feeding when your baby’s stomach is full.

Sleep Quality
Babies often sleep more soundly and for longer periods after taking Colic Calm due to the comfort it provides.

Duration of Use
Continue using Colic Calm as needed for digestive symptoms until your baby's digestive system matures.

Administration Window
Please ensure a 2-hour gap between giving Colic Calm and any other medications or supplements.

Storage and Handling

Store the product at room temperature and keep out of direct sunlight.
Ensure the bottle is securely closed and the dispenser is cleaned after each use.
Discard the remaining product after 3 weeks.

Completely free of alcohol, sugar, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), herbal oils and extracts, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, animal products, artificial colours and flavours.

Colic Calm is a homeopathic preparation of the following ingredients -

Natural active ingredients: Activated charcoal, sloe bud extract, caraway seed extract, chamomile flower extract, fennel seed extract, ginger root extract, lemon balm leaf extract, peppermint leaf extract
Inactive ingredients: Purified water, xylitol, glycerin, citric acid, benzoic acid, potassium sorbate, xantham gum, potassium citrate

Colic Calm dosage instructions -

Up to 4 months old babies - 1.25ml per dose. Maximum 4 full doses or a total of 5ml in 24 hours
4 months+ - 2.5ml per dose. 4 full doses or a total of 10ml in 24 hours
Infants under 5 kg - begin with 0.5ml and gradually increase to a full dose of 1.25ml as needed, ensuring not to exceed a daily total of 5ml

Dosing flexibility - some babies only need a smaller dose or experience digestive distress around the clock.

In such cases, you can break up the full daily dose into smaller doses. For example, for babies under 4 months old where the maximum is 5ml per day, it can be administered as 10 doses of 0.5ml each.
Do not exceed the recommended daily servings.
