Connetix Product Refresh:
Connetix are slowly transitioning their packs to a refreshed range in 2026. Here are some of the changes you will find:

Rainbow is updating to Bright and includes two new colours, Pink & Teal. All other colours remain the same.
Pack sizes are updating for consistency in tile numbers between Brights & Pastels.
The product packaging of all new packs will have a refreshed look.
All new packs are still compatible with the old packs across the entire range.

As this is a gradual transition, you will see some old packs and some new packs online until the changeover is complete. Please check the product page for the most accurate details of each pack.

Materials -

All tiles are made using non-toxic ABS plastic that is BPA and Phthalate free, sealed and riveted for extra safety.

Care -

Use a damp cloth without chemicals to wipe your tiles.
Please do not place your Connetix tiles in water as the magnets may rust.
While Connetix tiles and tubes are made from high quality materials,
making them strong and sturdy, they are still a plastic toy and not
indestructible. Under some circumstances plastic can break. We advise
taking care with your Connetix tiles and tubes to ensure it's longevity.

FAQs

Where do I start and what pack should I get?

A starter pack or creative pack is always a good place to start. They are the perfect 'tile' packs to begin with. The creative or mega (if the budget will allow) packs are great for families with more than one child that will be playing, as they have enough tiles to share. If you want to add to your collection there are a number of ways to go! Base plates and rectangle packs are great for creating big structures/buildings as they offer more stability. A ball run pack is a really popular pack as there are so many runs to create! The transport pack and car packs are great for kiddies who love anything to do with cars/vehicles! Any collection you add will be sure to give you hours of fun. Most packs come with ideas of what you can create.

Can you purchase a ball run pack on it's own?

Yes, of course. Please remember there are no standard tiles within this pack. We have found that the ball run pack teamed with one of the 'tile' packs works better as you can create bigger structures for your ball run.

What age do you recommend Connetix for?

Although all tiles are ultrasonically welded and include rivets for extra safety, your safety is paramount and so it is recommend from 3 years & up. Connetix is definitely something for the whole family. School aged children, even adults enjoy building with Connetix. It is a recommendation that younger children may benefit from working with a tile pack to start with. This is so they can get used to working/building with the standard tiles before branching out to the various ball runs or other expansion packs within the range.

Are Connetix compatible with other magnetic tile brands?

Yes, Connetix are compatible with some other leading magnetic tile brands, however Connetix tiles contain stronger magnets than most so other tiles may not hold together as strongly.
