Material: 210D PA

210D PA - This fabric has a very tight weave and despite the lower strength of 210D it is still very robust. It is tear and abrasion resistant, watertight to 1500 mm yet still lightweight. > D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material. > PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture. > PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress. > REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources. > BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

TÜV / GS CertifiedKnown from household utensils, tools and toys: the voluntary quality mark “GS” for manufacturers stands for tested safety [“Geprüfte Sicherheit” in German] pursuant to the requirements of the Product Safety Act. It certifies products that pose no threat to the user if used correctly. Compliance is checked by independent inspection companies such as TÜV SÜD.

Made without PFAS

This product is free from PFAS (per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS have water, dirt and grease repellent properties but they are persistent chemicals and harmful to people, animals, and the environment. Instead, Deuter uses durable water-repellent finishes (DWR) that are environmentally sound and harmless to human and animal health, and free from these ‘forever chemicals’.

Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.
