The &honey Clarity Sage Roller is a beautifully balanced clary sage roller blend designed for calm, grounding and emotional steadiness.

Instead of straight clary sage, we’ve intentionally created a warm blend with sweet orange, clove and ylang ylang, diluted in coconut oil. The result is a scent that’s comforting, gentle and genuinely enjoyable, something you’ll want to reach for - whether that's for labour or for every day grounding.

Scent is processed directly by the limbic system; the part of the brain responsible for emotion, memory and stress responses. A calming, familiar smell can help reduce stress signals and support a sense of safety, which is key during labour.

Clary sage has long been used for women - during labour for its calming, grounding and emotionally supportive qualities as well as its traditional association with uterine support making it a wonderful addition to your handbag for your cycle as well.
