L-theanineAn amino acid that the body does not produce. Primarily found in green & black tea, mushrooms. Supports the reduction of stress and insomnia, improve mood & increase focus. Free-form L-theanine is the amino acid only (while some nutraceutical ingredients can be combined with other amino acids). This provides instant bioavailability.

Passionflower

Vitamin D3Fat-soluble vitamin that the body naturally makes when sunlight reacts with the skin. Not found in many foods, so people can often become & need to supplement with Vit D3. Essential for regulating calcium and phosphorus in the body. Studies have shown that Vitamin D3 may regulate the mood.

Adults take 2 vege capsules daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
