Bulky items are excluded from free shipping, express shipping and gift wrapping.

We can have this foam bassinet mattress made to your exact size. The mattress will have square-end and please specify the length and width you require. All custom bassinet mattresses have a depth of 4cm.

If you require a mattress with rounded corners or is oval in shape, we will need an exact paper pattern (eg newspaper cut-out) of the shape and size you need. Please place your order through our website and post your pattern to The Sleep Store, 85C Henderson Valley Road, Henderson, 0612. Ensure your order details are noted on the pattern!

This bassinet mattress can be ordered in sizes between 85cm and up to 110cm (after which then you need to order a cot mattress)

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.

SAFETY FIRST- PLEASE NOTE:

We do NOT make mattresses for use in travel cots. Travel cots should only be used with the mattress supplied with the travel cot.
We do not make mattresses for use in co-sleepers with a foldable base or where the base is attachd to the mattress. These are unsafe when used without the firm base or when an additional matttress is used on top of the mattress supplied with the co-sleeper.
In particular, we do not make mattresses for the Teeny Weeny bassinet - the mattress and base is combined in that product, with a foldable base. The bassinet can not be used without a firm base and adding an additional mattress on top of the foldable mattress would be quite unsafe.

Free 30 min Click & Collect (AKL): From our West Auckland warehouse. Order before 4pm for pick up by 5pm. Click & Collect open 9.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Same Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm NZT, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. This excludes public holidays and high order volume promotional periods.

Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.

Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $120 (excluding bulky items). Shipping starts at $8 (within NZ) and $15 (to AU) based on weight and postcode.
