Take 2 x capsules daily. Take one 30 minutes prior to your first meal and 2 hours after your last meal of the day.

If this is your first time taking BePure Two we recommend starting with 1x capsule per day & increasing slowly to 2x capsules.

Does BePure Two contain dairy?BePure Two Probiotic contains strains of bacteria that were produced in a dairy medium, this means there is no dairy in our product but there may be traces due to the growing process. If you are highly allergic to dairy we do not recommend this for you.

Does BePure Two need to be refrigerated?No, BePure Two is safe to keep at room temperature although we do recommend storing it in a cool, dark place (not direct sun, and not somewhere very warm). If you would like to refrigerate your BePure Two you can do so.

Can I take BePure Two with other BePure products?Yes, you sure can - we would recommend taking it alongside our Digest Assist if you suffer from gut health issues. We recommend the Gut Health Pack as a bundle to help boost your upper and lower gut health.

Is BePure Two safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding?Yes, BePure Two is safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding, in fact it is actively recommended.

What should I do if I feel unwell after taking BePure Two?BePure Two Probiotic is also commonly associated with changes in bowel motions when first starting the product. It contains 19 different strains of beneficial bacteria with 30 billion viable bacteria per serving. These strains of bacteria aid in breaking down food, extracting nutrients, and protecting us from parasitic strains. This can result in the good bacteria out-competing the bad bacteria that are present, causing them to be removed from the bowels. This is of course a great result as we are repopulating the bowels with beneficial strains, but cause loose stools initially.

Is BePure Two allergy-friendly?Yes, BePure Two is vegetarian and free from gluten, soy, corn, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours and additives.
