Why did you use Zinc Picolinate in Zinc Restore?Zinc picolinate is a highly bioavailable form of zinc. This means our body absorbs and utilises this form of zinc more easily than others.

How do I know if I'm low in zinc?Common signs that you might be low in zinc include a weak immune system (i.e. you get sick easily and don't recover quickly), weak or brittle nails, gut health issues including reflux, and low mood.

Can I take Zinc Restore and BePure One?Yes, it is safe to take both of these products together. BePure One contains a dose of zinc suitable for daily maintenance, and you can use Zinc Restore to boost your zinc levels when you're needing a nutrient top-up. Particularly good times to boost your zinc levels are during/following periods of stress, if you exercise a lot, if you have been sick, and/or are wanting to support your immune system.

Is Zinc Restore vegan?Yes, Zinc Restore is free from animal products so is suitable for vegans.

Is Zinc Restore allergy-friendly?Zinc Restore is free from gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours and additives. It does contain Vitamin C derived from corn products, so if you're particularly sensitive to corn it may not be suitable.

Can children take Zinc Restore?Zinc Restore is suitable for ages 12+.

Can I take Zinc Restore with my medication?Zinc Restore is safe to take with most medications, however, we always recommend checking in with your doctor before trying Zinc Restore if you're taking any prescription medications. Zinc Restore may reduce the effectiveness of some medications if taken together at the same time, so it would be best to take Zinc Restore away from any medications even if you have been given the all-clear by your doctor.
