The BIBS De Lux Silicone pacifier is a modern and timeless pacifier. It has a cherry shape (round) nipple that resembles the shape and size of the mother’s nipple to provide comfort to your baby. Further, the round nipple promotes a similar tongue placement and sucking technique when breastfeeding, since the round shape allow the sides of the tongue to elevate and cup around the nipple, just like it does during breastfeeding.

The shield is light weight and has a round shield that is designed to curve away from your baby's face to allow for air circulation and prevent skin irritation. The handle of has a night glow feature so they are easier to spot in the dark. For best results, hold the pacifier towards a lamp for approximately 10 seconds.

It is a one size pacifier that suits from newborn to 3 years.

Care: Before first use - Sterilize the pacifier by putting it into boiling water for 5 minutes. For daily cleaning of the pacifier, just follow these three simple steps - Put the pacifiers in a clean bowl and pour over plenty of boiling water. Let the pacifiers soak for approx. 5 min. Pick them up and let them cool off and dry on a clean towel All our pacifiers are equipped with a valve, so be sure to squeeze excess water out of the nipple when it has cooled down. Tip - When the child is over 3 months old, you can also rinse the pacifier by placing them in a sieve and pouring boiling water over it. This method is partly faster and partly avoids water collecting inside the nipple.

Do not tie the pacifier around your baby's neck as it presents a strangulation hazard.

Only
use a dedicated pacifier/dummy holder tested to EN 12586. Never attach
ribbons or cords to a dummy, your baby may be strangled by them.

Replacing your pacifier

We
recommend replacing pacifiers every 4-6 weeks for safety and hygienic
reasons. Inspect the pacifier for any changes in the surface, changes in
size and shape, or rupture in the material, and replace the pacifier if
you notice any differences. Pull the nipple in all directions before
use and replace the pacifier at the first sign of damage or weakness.
