These lovely dummies from ecoPiggy are both and safe and environmental choice for your baby. They are made from 100% natural rubber from the rubber tree, Hevea brasillensi. Moulded into one, the ecoPacifier is the safe choice for your child as there are no separate pieces that can separate and be a choking hazard. The solid design also eliminates opportunities for bacteria to get into the pacifier. They are free of PVC, BPA, phthalates and artificial colours. The design helps prevent a vacuum around your baby's mouth plus the rubber is soft and gentle.

Care:

Before use - Immerse your pacifier in hot boiled water for two minutes Clean and sterilise daily Do not wash in the dishwasher

Once your Ecopacifier has come to the end of its life, it can be composted! Because everyone’s home-compost is different, we cannot share specific details on time frame, etc. It is recommend you cut up the pacifier into small pieces before adding to your compost system. The smaller the pieces the better!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All pacifiers should be replaced after
6-8 weeks, depending on use. After this time, material begins to
“relax” and the nipple may expand. Once this occurs, it is likely that
your child will begin to mold their own pacifier, making it difficult to
replace with a new model.

Inspect your child's ecopacifier carefully before each use
Pull the pacifier in different directions and inspect for any signs of cracks, stickiness etc

Which shape nipple?

Each child has their own preference when it comes to the nipple shape of
their pacifier. Consider offering each style to
your little one, and then follow their lead! They will let you know
which shape they are most comforted by.

Round

The round pacifier is the same shape all the way around. Lactation
Consultants often recommend this round shaped pacifier because it is
most like the natural shape of a mother’s nipple.

Orthodontic

- The orthodontic pacifier is a combination of round and
flat. The flat characteristic mimics the same shape a mother’s nipple
takes on as her child nurses. This natural orthodontic shape is believed to assist with maintaining developing tooth alignment.
