Epsom salts originated in Epsom, England, where natural deposits were mined. That source has since depleted and so have most other natural deposits. Now most Epsom salt is produced by a chemical process of mixing magnesium and sulphate compounds, Frankie Apothecary Epsom Salts are natural.

Directions

Soak in a bath or foot bath with 1/4-1 cup of Frankie Epsom Salts. Aim to soak 2-3 times a week.
