Does the bath insert fit perfectly in a LUMA baby bath and provide optimal support?

How does the bath insert support the baby during bathing?
With its soft, anti-slip covering, the bath insert offers optimal support, ensuring that your baby lies safely and comfortably during the bath.

How is the bath insert attached in the bath?
The product uses suction cups that adhere firmly to clean, smooth surfaces.

What can I do if the suction cups of the bath insert do not adhere properly?
Ensure that both the suction cups and the bath surface are thoroughly clean and dry. Lightly moistening the surface may help. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.

WARNINGS -

• Children can drown very quickly and can do so in very low water (approx. 2cm).
• The bath seat offers no protection against drowning. Children have drowned in baths.
• Make sure the bath water isn’t too hot. The water should be warm enough if it’s between 36 and 38 degrees. The water, including your child, shouldn’t exceed a total of 15 cm. The water can maximally go up to your child’s waist once he or she is able to sit. It’s important for your child’s shoulders to also be immersed in the water during the initial weeks, in order to make sure these can’t cool off too much. Don’t bathe your child for too long and make sure you dry him or her thoroughly. Make sure your child stays warm at all times and avoid any major temperature fluctuations.
• Never fill the bath up using the tap whilst your child is in the baby bath.
• Make sure your child can’t reach the tap whilst bathing.
• Always check to see whether your child can get trapped anywhere.
• Don’t allow your child to sit in the bath seat for more than 10 minutes.
• Do not use when your child can sit independently.
• Make sure all the different parts are efficiently secured before use.
• The bath seat can be used for children up to a maximum weight of 9 kg.
• Never store the bath seat in such a way that the suction pad can become deformed.
• The bath seat should not be used if any parts are broken and/or torn or missing.
• Do not allow other children near the bath seat unsupervised.
• Only combine the authentic LUMA parts and products. Combining your LUMA products with products from another brand is not safe.
