The Moonie Organic Humming Seal with Nightlight is a sleeping aid you don't want to miss out on. It is soft and cuddly and made with GOTS certified organic cotton with filling made from recycled materials. It is a sound machine, nightlight and comforter all in one. The nightlight and sound box is safely tucked inside the Moonie secured with a zip.
The Humming - Safe Natural Pink Noise
Moonie has a high quality natural pink noise, that isn't computer generated. The sound of the heartbeat is a real recording from inside the mother's belly, a well-known sound that can help to bring calm to your little one. The sound of sea waves was recorded by the Baltic Sea, and the sounds of a forest stream in Tatra Mountains. It also has a calming lullaby composed on a Kalimba, especially curated for babies.
The soothing sounds of Moonie are designed to filter outside noise for a more peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. The volume is adjustable allowing you to choose a level that suits.
The sound of your Moonie will play for 60 minutes, after this time it will shut off and go into a 3 hour standby mode. During standby the intelligent cry sensor is activated. The activated function of the intelligent cry sensor ensures the baby's peaceful sleep. As soon as the baby wakes up and starts crying, Moonie turns on to soothe baby. Once activated it will play the last selected noise for another 60 minutes, then the cycle repeats.
The Nightlight
The built in night light shines 7 different colours! You can choose to have it run through the different colours or choose one you like. This gentle light is enough to allow you to feed and change your baby without having to turn the light on. Moonie is sound activated, so the light will turn on to help soothe your baby. The LED light does not heat up, it is completely safe. The light is great for older children, who often have nightmares and are afraid of the dark. You can turn on the night light without sound and leave it on, for the whole night.
Smart Cry Detector
Moonie has a Smart Cry Detector, designed for moments when your child suddenly wakes up. As soon as your child starts to stir, the Smart Cry Detector triggers a safe, natural, pink noise soothing your child ensuring they return to a restful sleep.
Moonie will turn off after 30 minutes and automatically goes into a 3 hour standby mode. The baby’s crying triggers the last selected hum for another 30 minutes, then the cycle repeats. The Smart Cry Detector can also be turned on directly without playing the noise.
Rechargeable
Moonie can be charged via a USB cable (included with the toy) and does not require the purchase of additional batteries or rechargeable batteries. This makes Moonie convenient, economical and ecological. No more having to worry about buying batteries! Moonie comes fully charged and can be used right out of the box. A full charge will take 3 hours and this will last up to 8 hours of continuous operation with the light and sound on.
