Your purchase of an OmieBox UP comes with one pre-assembled Cooling pack. Buy spare cooling packs to keep in your freezer so you always have backups frozen and ready to go!

Please Note - This removable cooling pack will only work for the OmieBox UP model. The best way to see which OmieBox you have is by checking the box shape:

If your box is rectangular, it's an OmieBox UP model and this is the correct part.
If your box is square, then it's an OmieBox and this cooler will not fit.

Free 30 min Click & Collect (AKL): From our West Auckland warehouse. Order before 4pm for pick up by 5pm. Click & Collect open 9.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Same Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm NZT, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. This excludes public holidays and high order volume promotional periods.

Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.

Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $120 (excluding bulky items). Shipping starts at $8 (within NZ) and $15 (to AU) based on weight and postcode.
