Use this oil before bedtime to experience improved mood & sleep, relaxation & reduced soreness in the muscles - all from the magnesium!

Simply rub the pure liquid magnesium into your skin before bed and relax - as this isn't actually an oil, you won't be left with any residue on the skin or marks on clothes/bedding.

Simply spray it on your skin and massage in. About 6 sprays is good.

We recommend applying it to your feet at bedtime for a magnesium boost that may help you get a good night's sleep. You can also use it on any area that’s feeling a bit stiff or achy. Some people like to apply it straight after their workout.

Mag oil is for external use only. Avoid contact with your eyes and other sensitive areas such as broken skin. Don’t apply to skin that will be exposed to sunlight as this may cause irritation. Best not to apply to newly-shaved skin - learned the hard way by moi!
