Oats: Very nourishing and calms the nerves. Helpful during exhaustion.
Rosemary: Is calming and helps to increase memory, vitality and energy.
Valerian: calming agents to ease tension and anxiety and keep you chilled!
Lavender: Relaxing for the mind and body.
Skullcap: Reduces feelings of stress, calms and quietens an overactive mind.
Passionflower: Reduces anxiety and tension.
Lime Blossom: Calms the nerves and soothes a hot frazzled head- also used for headaches and to balance blood pressure.

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
