Accounts Payable & Office Admin
We are busy busy in our office and are now recruiting for another part-time Accounts Payable & Admin Assistant. The role is based at our Sleep Store Distribution Centre in New Lynn.
Hours are 5 mornings a week 9-1pm. Hours may increase over time but are not flexible.
You'll need to love admin, have lots of initiative & be a great team member.
You will be reporting to our Accountant, Susan, and also doing work for our directors and management team as required.
For those of you who aren't familiar with The Sleep Store, we're a busy online retailer selling baby & children's products.
We are based at 31 Portage Road, New Lynn.
Tasks inc lude:
- Accounts Payable
- Receipting in stock deliveries
- Answering the phone
- General office admin for our management team
- Help with customer service if we are short-staffed.
Skills & experience needed:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accounts Payable experience
- Excel and general computer skills
- Accounting system experience - we use Accredo but experience with any other system is fine as full training will be given.
- Be a quick, accurate & self-motivated worker
- Be a real team player, happy to help with whatever we need
- Familiarity with our products
We would love to know if you....
- Have experience with inventory management systems
- Have experience with customs and/or international shipping
4 weeks holiday and 5 days sick/domestic leave apply.
You will need to be available through the school and Christmas holidays.
