    • Do SleepPoints expire?
    • Your SleepPoints don’t expire as long as your account is active. However points expire after 12 months of inactivity, which means a year after you last earned or redeemed points. For example, if you earn 100 points in Jan, then earn 100 points in June, your full 200 points will expire next June if there is no earning/redeeming in that time.
    • How long does my tier status last?
    • Your status is for life and never expires! So if you reached silver or gold and come back to shop with us later, for example when you have another baby or need to buy a baby shower gift, all your perks are still available to you. We understand that our customers have different needs at different ages and stages, and we would love for you to return to shopping with us when we can next help.
    • How is tier status calculated?
    • Tier status is calculated by your total spend with us over time. Any refunds are deducted from your total spend as they are processed.
    • How to I earn SleepPoints?
    • You can earn points in a number of ways. All purchases earn points at the rate of $1 = 1 point. Referring a friend will earn 300 points once they make a purchase. Plus there are a number of other earning options such as writing a verified review or following us on social media.
    • How do I check my SleepPoints balance?
    • You can access your balance by logging into My Account or you can view your balance at the redemption section of your Cart. We will also send out a regular update by email advising your balance and any new rewards available to you.
    • What happens to my SleepPoints when I return something?
    • Your SleepPoints balance does not change with exchanges. However, if you return an item for a refund, the SleepPoints for that item will be deducted from your balance.
    • I performed an action to earn points but my points haven’t showed up?
    • Please let us know if you have questions about your points balance by emailing us on Please note that only reviews that come via our review request emails earn SleepPoints.
    • How do I earn SleepPoints for writing reviews?
    • We reward you for writing a verified review after you have purchased an item from us. We will send you an email requesting a review for a specific item and you can write the review within the email we send. You will also have the opportunity to write other verified reviews and earn additional points once you have completed the first review within an email request. While you are very welcome to write reviews at any time, we can only award points for the verified reviews from an email request as this is directly linked to purchasing the item from The Sleep Store.
    • How do I redeem my points?
    • Points can be redeemed in the Cart. You can convert some or all SleepPoints to store credit or redeem them for a product reward. Choose your preferred option from the dropdown list in the shopping cart and press the "Redeem" button to spend those points. Store Credit then gives you a discount at the checkout.
    • How does the Refer a Friend work?
    • You can send your friends a coupon for $15 off their first order with The Sleep Store, when they spend over $75. You will receive $15 worth of SleepPoints for each successful referral. A referral is only considered successful where the customer is shopping with The Sleep Store for the first time and their purchase was over $75 before the $15 discount, ie they spent at least $60.
    • Where has my store credit gone?
    • Once you’ve redeemed your SleepPoints for Store Credit, you may wonder where you can see your balance, especially once your SleepPoints balance is back at 0.  Don’t worry, when you redeem your SleepPoints for store credit you can then see your store credit balance in two places.

      1- Your current Store credit balance will be highlighted under ‘My Account’ (not under the rewards page).

      2-You’ll always see your store credit balance on the payment option screen, as store credit is a payment type
    • To pay with store credit
    • 1- Log into your SleepPoints Account, select the items you want to purchase and go through the checkout process

      2- At the payment screen, you’ll see ‘Store Credit’ as the first payment type on the list, which will be selected and will show the amount of credit you have.  If you don’t want to use this credit for your order, you can deselect it at this point to save it for next time.

      3- If required, choose a 2nd payment type from the selection to pay the balance of the amount due.

      4-Remember, you can deselect Store Credit as a payment type if you change your mind, and want to save your credit for your next order.
