Cerebral Palsy Card Holders

If you're a Cerebral Palsy card holder, we help make it easy for you to order. Simply place your order on the website as usual and add a note saying "CP Card" in the delivery field notes area. Then, select ‘Customer Service Extra Payment’ as the payment type and place your order. Once your order is placed, please send an email accounts@thesleepstore.co.nz with the following details:

• CP number
• CP member's name
• CP Society number
• Order number
• Amount to be paid on CP card
• Remaining balance payment method

If your order total is more than the balance remaining on your CP card you can either pay by Direct Debit or we can send a link to you to pay by Credit Card. Direct Debit payment details will be displayed on the screen when your order is placed. If you are ordering on the last day of CP funds being available (30th June), there is an order cut-off time of 2pm to guarantee funds will be taken from your CP card. Please note, that CP funding cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers, it is for physical products only.
