The Crane Cool Mist Top Fill Humidifier is packed with some great features making it an essential in your home. It's top fill design makes it easy to fill and clean, while providing relief from the effects and discomfort caused by dry air.

Used by parents seeking natural alternatives to cough medicines and other remedies for colds and croup, this humidifier helps increase moisture in the air. This added humidity can help to ease symptoms such as dry coughs, nasal congestion, nosebleeds, itchy eyes, dry throats, and more—for newborns, toddlers, and adults alike.

Coughs, dry tickly throats, congestion and colds can disrupt a baby's sleep. A whisper quiet humidifier increases moisture in the air for easier breathing and a better night's sleep. Because of this, many parents choose to include a Crane Humidifier as part of their winter wellness kit.

If your child has asthma or a breathing condition we suggest checking with your GP or a health professional to see if a humidifier or vaporiser would be suitable to use.

Cool Mist & Fragrance Mode

A Crane humidifier only needs water to operate, emitting cool mist into the air. It has variable output settings which allows you to choose from medium output, high output or sleep mode, which is a low output with the indicator light off. Choosing the right mist output is essential for keeping humidity levels correct - if the mist visibly drops, it's too high (too much moisture in the air) and needs to be on a lower setting.

You can choose from four timer options - mist for 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, or have it run continuously.

If you would like to add fragrance to to the air, you are now able to add your own essential oils to the essential oils bottle inside the mist cover! In fragrance mode, this unit will emit your chosen aroma/essential oil without running the humidifier function.

Please take extra care when using essential oils. Ensure that you are using the correct dosage and type of oil. This is especially important if you are pregnant or are using around newborns, babies, children and animals. Please see our article on Using Essential Oils Safely with Babies & Children.

The Water Tank

It's a top fill water tank! Yay! What does this mean? It's easy to fill and clean, saving you time and effort! You can now simply pop off the whole top lid and get your hand in there to thoroughly clean and disinfect. No hard to reach places which will help to eliminate bacteria growth. To help even more with bacteria growth, it's made with clean control anti-microbial material which reduces mold and bacteria growth by up to 99.96%.

It can hold up to 1.8L of water which gives you enough water to have the humidifier running all night long - or for up to 15 hours. You don’t have to worry about it turning off through the night as it is equipped with an automatic shut-off safety feature that turns the unit off when the water runs out.

This size water tank is great for a small to medium size room, covering an area of around 23 sq meters.

Night light

Simply tap the night light icon to control the optional night light function. Choose to have it cycle through colours, have it set on your favourite colour or you can have the night light option turned off completely. You can also choose to have the night light on without having the humidifier running!

How to Use

Quick start up guide

Please read the Instruction Manual carefully before using your Humidifier, particularly around placement of your Humidifier.

Place the Humidifier on an elevated, non-metallic, lint-free, waterproof, level surface at least 2 feet (60cm) above the floor.

DO NOT place the humidifier on carpet or a towel. The fan vent is located on the bottom of the water basin. The fan vent MUST NOT be obstructed.
DO NOT place the humidifier on a wood surface or near furniture that can be damaged by too much moisture.
Check water level sensor - Make sure the water level sensor is secured properly and not obstructed.
To prevent excess humidity or condensation please leave the door ajar for air circulation and adjust mist intensity to the low output setting.

Crane Tower Fan with 12 hour timer

OPERATION The fan may be operated by the manual controls located on the top of the fan or by using the remote control.

1. Place the FAN on a stable flat surface. Plug the cord set into a electrical outlet.

2. POWER: Turn the Fan on by pressing the power button: Turn the fan off by pressing the power button again.

3. SPEED: You can adjust the fan speed to the desired level: low, medium.or high by pressing the speed button. The speed setting is displayed on the LED panel.

4. MODE: Pressing the mode button will set the fan into NORMAL, NATURAL, and SLEEP mode.

5. TIMER: The fan is equipped with a timer that allows you to set its length of operation from 1 hour to 12 hours. The time can increase by 1 hour with each press of the button until 12 hours has been reached.

6. OSC: Pressing the 'OSC' button will start and stop the oscillation function. The OSC symbol is displayed on the LED panel.

7. DISPLAY: Pressing the DISPLAY button on the remote control or long pressing the SPEED button on the control panel for more than 3 seconds will turn off the display. It will light up again once any button is activated. When the fan is set with timer function or sleep mode, the display will turn off automatically after 30 seconds if there is no operation. If the display is turned on manually, it will also turn off automatically.
