How to activate cooling and use -
- Before removing from the packaging, fold the pad in half until you feel the inner bubble pop.
- Shake to mix the cooling material inside the pad.
- Remove the pad from the packaging.
- Discard after use.

- Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
- Do not put in the freezer or fridge or expose to heat or flames.
- If the pad is broken or leaking in any way, discard immediately.
- Do not break/rip open the pad and expose the cooling strip contents.
- Cold therapy is not recommended for individuals with circulatory problems, Raynauld's Syndrome or Diabetes without the consent of a physician.
- Do not use on sensory-impaired patients.
- If accidentally punctured or opened and the solution contacts skin, flush immediately with water. If the solution contacts eyes, wash out thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. If the solution is swallowed, drink plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately.
- Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children.

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
