Click and Collect Information

Priority Click and Collect allows customers to pick up orders from our Warehouse in New Lynn, Auckland. 

Click and Collect orders are pulled to the front of the pick and pack queue so that they can be ready for same day collection. Instead of waiting 1-2 days for delivery by courier, customers can choose Priority Click and Collect, which will allow same day pick up within 60 minutes for orders placed before 3.00 pm.


How do I place a Priority Click and Collect Order?

The place where you select Priority Click and Collect as a Shipping Option is at checkout. You will need to choose your items to buy and navigate to the checkout as normal, including logging in to your account, and confirming your delivery/billing address.

You will see (as below) there is a Choose Shipping Option dropdown. Select Priority Click and Collect  - Auckland Only from the dropdown and then complete your order as normal.



Click and Collect Hours

All Priority Click and Collect orders placed before 3:00 pm paid for at the time of order will be ready for collection within 60 minutes. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be ready for collection after 9.30 am the next business day (Monday to Friday only).

Click and Collect orders can be picked up between 9.30 am and 4.15 pm

Click&Collect pickups are not available on public holidays or weekend days.



Click and Collect Pickup Address:

Our pick up address is 31 Portage Road New Lynn — Click here for a google map. On arrival please proceed to our Click and Collect sliding door near the rear of our side carpark. The Click and Collect door is situated between the roller door and office ramp.

Click and Collect orders must be paid for before collection. It is best to pay by Credit Card when the order is placed. In the event you have selected Bank Deposit as payment option, then please phone credit card details prior to collection. In the event that Click and Collect orders are paid for by bank deposit, orders will not be available for collection until funds are visible in our bank account.


Why the $3 charge when I am saving you the Courier fee?

Yes we do save the courier ticket, but our Customer Services team still needs to pick, pack and process your order in much the same way as orders dispatched by courier.  Priority Click and Collect orders do need a bit of special treatment, as they do a bit of a sneaky queue jump to be ready in 60 minutes (for orders placed by 3.00 pm).
