Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Alternatively, items can be returned up to a year from purchase and receive a store credit or exchange.
Please note we do not accept refunds on change of mind electrical items. We will give a store credit for electrical items purchased within 30 days.
Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition.
Please note you will receive a store credit for sale items which have since been discontinued from our range.
Shipping is not refundable on returns.
Sorry we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
Please note any bath or health products are not able to be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to any address in New Zealand only. If you wish to send a gift to a friend or family member in Australia, please order from www.thesleepstore.com.au and we will ship the item to Australia. Please note you will need to check out as a guest or create an Australian account as you will not be able to use your Sleep Store New Zealand account.
