What is the difference between Whey Concentrate vs. Whey Isolate -
Whey
Isolate is slightly lower in fat and carbs, as well as slightly higher
in protein. Whey Isolate's lactose levels are much lower, and tends to
digest better. If you are sensitive to dairy and lactose, we recommend
Isolate.
