Unpacking Instructions
- Carefully cut open the vacuum-sealed bag using scissors or a safety knife, avoiding contact with the mattress.
- Remove the mattress from the bag; it will begin expanding immediately.
- Allow up to 72 hours for full inflation, as it may take up to three days to fully expand.
- Air the mattress for one week before use to help any packaging odours dissipate.
Safety
The gap between the cot edge and mattress should not exceed 2cm. Use with cots where the mattress dimensionsmatch those found on the cot’s frame. To prevent falls the maximum mattress thickness should not exceed the cot
manufacturer‘s recommendation. Do not use more than one mattress in a cot. Do not use if any part is broken, torn
or missing. Be aware of the risk of fire, flame and sources of strong heat in the vicinity of the cot and mattress.

Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Mattress: If damp or wet, dry immediately in the sun and away from direct heat source. Allow to dry thoroughly. We recommend that you protect your mattress with a mattress protector and use natural-fibre washable bedding. |

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
