How to use -
- Wash hands before handling the pads.
- Open the pouch and peel off the protective backing.
- Place the gel side gently over the nipple.
- Before breastfeeding or pumping, remove the pad and set it gel-side up on a clean surface.
- Clean the nipple area with warm water and pat dry.
- Reapply the pad after feeding, as needed.
- Each pad may be reused for up to 24 hours.
- Tip - for enhanced cooling relief, the pads may be stored in the fridge prior to use.

- Do not use if the pouch is open or damaged.
- Store in a cool, dry place (15°C-25°C)
- Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
- Use only as directed. Avoid use if you have known sensitivity to lanolin.

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns.
