Each set includes two gel-filled, reusable ice packs and a soft, washable protective sleeve for comfortable and hygienic use. The flexible gel design allows the pack to gently contour to your body, helping provide targeted relief to sensitive areas while remaining comfortable to wear.
You can choose your preferred level of cooling by either chilling or freezing the packs. A lightly chilled pack offers gentle cooling relief, while a frozen pack provides a deeper cooling sensation when you need extra support. Each session should be used for up to 20 minutes at a time, allowing the skin to rest before reapplying.

How to use -
Always use the ice pack with the washable protective sleeve. Before applying the pack cooled, check that the temperature feels comfortable against your skin. Gently place the pack on the perineal area for a maximum of 20 minutes per session. Wait at least one hour between sessions before reapplying.Using chilled -
Remove the gel pack from its protective sleeve & place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Return the gel pack to the sleeve, check the temperature against your skin & gently apply to the perineal area.Using frozen -
Place the gel pack in the freezer for 2-4 hours. Use with the protective sleeve or wrap in a cloth to avoid frostbite. Check that the temperature feels comfortable against your skin, then gently apply to the perineal area for a maximum of 20 minutes.Safety and care -
- Always wrap the gel pack in the protective sleeve or a clean cloth before applying to the skin.
- Check temperature on less sensitive skin first before applying to desired area.
- When using cooled, ensure the pack is in the sleeve or cloth to prevent frostbite.
- Do not use the gel pack for extended periods or while sleeping.
- Stop using if the eff ects are uncomfortable or if there is no improvement.
- For external use only.
- Store in a cool, dry place（ 15°C ~ 25°C ). Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
- The pack contains a non-toxic gel. Do not puncture or use if damaged. If gel comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water & seek medical advice.
- Keep out of reach of babies & young children.

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
